Logitech’s MX Vertical is the company’s first real attempt at a tall mouse that addresses the issues typically associated with long-term mouse discomfort. Logitech claims that it can offer up to 10% reduction in muscle tension with prolonged use. While this type of metric is difficult to test accurately, we found it extremely comfortable in our tests. Best Ergonomic Gaming Mice is intuitive and easy to learn. With a high but not exaggerated tilt angle of 57 degrees, the MX Vertical remains functional as an everyday mouse while providing the benefits of a more ergonomic device. Its natural wrist positioning forces you to rest your hand in a way that is more conducive to long-term wrist health.
The best ergonomic vertical mouse is the Logitech MX Vertical. It is wireless and features a unique vertical design that allows a more natural grip compared to other mice. The plastic construction feels quite sturdy and the upright design should be comfortable for most people, although it may take some getting used to. It has a right-handed design and can be used more comfortably with a palm or claw grip. It has an incredibly wide CPI range, which can be adjusted by 100 steps, and the wireless click latency is decent enough that most people don’t notice any lag. It is compatible with the add-on software Logitech Options, where you can customize and save your settings to your account, which is useful because it is fully compatible with Windows and macOS. With Bluetooth, you can connect up to two devices at the same time.
Besides all its ergonomic mouse features, this mouse is also high quality. Its combination of rubber and aluminum gives it a premium feel and finish that, for $ 100, is worth taking advantage of the benefits of the ergonomic mouse. With wired and wireless options via Bluetooth (up to four months of battery life) and USB, it should work just fine when you’re on the go or connected to a desk. Despite fierce competition, the Logitech MX Vertical is ahead of the best ergonomic mouse you can buy today.

The Razer Deathadder V2 is now firmly back to the point thanks to the latest changes to this award-winning classic. The Focus + sensor is an optical top and now more efficient. While it’s deadly precision, you also get the most responsive main buttons on the market thanks to their optical operation. Razer reduced the weight of this mouse even further, making it as light as the Logitech G Pro. Razer’s new paracord-style lightweight cable is out now and you hardly notice that it looks great.
It uses a built-in 6400 DPI 4G optical sensor that is designed to allow you to move it as fast or as slow as you need to, while still delivering perfect precision. It’s also easy for you to change settings if you’re going from a fast-paced first-person shooter to calculated item finders or a graphic design in Adobe Photoshop. At first glance, it’s pretty clear that Razer has put a lot of thought into how to achieve the perfect combination of aesthetics and comfort. Gamers will also be pleased to note that the two thumb buttons are customizable and the matte black finish aims to prevent sweat build-up and provide a better grip. Unusual for an ergonomic mouse, it will even work well on transparent surfaces like glass tables.
Make no mistake about it – the DeathAdder won’t do you much good if you have RSI, but if you use it as a preventative tool, there aren’t many better options. Its only real problem is the price, which is a bit steep, but if you don’t mind paying for quality, Razer won’t let you down. Best of all, you can even use it in a professional setting without it being too visible thanks to its unobtrusive design, which is more than you could say about most other dedicated gaming mice.

The Razer Basilisk Ultimate is an excellent gaming mouse. This wireless mouse looks a lot like the regular Razer Basilisk, but with a slightly sharper design on the front and a nicer texture on the thumb rest. It has an ergonomic right-handed design, with a large number of customizable buttons and 14 RGB zones. Its sensor performance is outstanding and among the best we’ve tested so far and it should be comfortable in any type of grip for most people, unless you have very small hands. It can be used wired or wireless and overall it is a very versatile mouse.
The basic appearance of the Basilisk Ultimate remains virtually unchanged from the original. It’s technically an 11-button right-handed model, though it only has nine customizable buttons. On top of that, you have the usual two main clicks, a clicking scroll wheel and two toggle resolution buttons. On the side, it has two macro / shortcut buttons and a detachable FPS-type “sniping” paddle that, by default, reduces the tracking resolution to low sensitivity for accurate click. With a 5.1-by-2.8-inch footprint (including the thumb wing) and a height of 1.65 inches, the 3.8-ounce Basilisk Ultimate is nearly identical to the original. Your hand stays perfectly in place and naturally rests on the mouse in a way that you never feel the need to grasp or maneuver your hand to get comfortable. Plus, you only need to make small movements to play one of its must-have entries.
The Razer Basilisk Ultimate is a very good mouse for office use. Although it has a more gamer-centric look, it has a comfortable and ergonomic right-handed design, with a thumb rest on the left side, making it comfortable to use. It has several additional buttons, all of which are programmable, that can help you quickly navigate your applications or documents. The mouse wheel can even be customized via a slider at the bottom of the mouse, to let you choose a smoother or more clickable scrolling experience, which is great. While people with very small hands may have a hard time reaching the claw side sniper button or fingertip, this button can be easily removed and replaced with a gap filler.
